Christmas at Eilean Donan Castle
A 14"x11" watercolor on 300lb cp paper of Eilean Donan Castle_Reference photo by Rick Brind from Paint My Photos. A little history about Eilean Donan from Wikipedia: It located on small island in Loch Duich in the western Highlands of Scotland. It is named after Donnan of Eigg a Celtic saint martyred in 617. The castle is home to the Clan Macrae.

Interesting whimsical version Karen. Love it. Just wish the castle was decorated like that when I visited it. That would have been a sight never to forget. :-)
