Old Mission Carmel
7.5"x10.5" watercolor on 300lb cp paper. I found an old photo of Mission Carmel, before the renovations and put it in a bucolic setting. I also found a painting done by Percy Gray of the Mission and thats probably how it look Percy Gray painting Percy Gray was born in San Francisco in 1869 and painted many scenes around Northern California. I believe he was a tonalist painter.
